Anne and her husband were on a sailing vacation when she called me to ask for help organising her Auckland house move.
She needed someone to look after everything as she wasn’t planning on being back on dry land until after settlement day.

Preparing for Anne’s Auckland house move
I picked up the keys from her real estate agent, took an inventory and set to work on organising Anne’s Auckland house move into storage.
The 4 bedroom, plus studio, home was a main residence and contained lots of artwork of varying sizes and media. Several artworks would not fit into standard packaging so we created bespoke containers to ensure the items were protected for long term storage.
We stripped the beds and laundered the linen making sure it was fresh and dry for packing into storage.
The garden required some special attention too. We identified the items that needed to be donated and disposed of and using the power of social media and our local contacts, ensured the outdoor spaces were cleared and tidy so that Anne’s Auckland house could complete settlement.
A successful Auckland house move
We completed the entire job without meeting Anne, but we kept in contact to provide regular updates and check in on her requirements. Anne was able to enjoy her vacation without interruption, whilst knowing our professional team were looking after everything in relation to her Auckland house move.
