How we helped the family move
The move was scheduled for early December, perfectly timed for the end of the school year but with one small hiccup: there was a two week gap between the settlement of their old home and the new one. Move By Design handled the storage logistics, making sure their belongings were safely secured until the family was ready to settle into their new space.
On packing day, our expert team of three lady packers arrived and packed up their entire home in just one day. The very next day, our removals team arrived, loaded everything into the truck, and transported it to secure storage.
Two weeks later, after the new house had officially settled, we reversed the process. Our team unpacked and set up the family’s new home just the way they wanted it. Kitchens were arranged and organised, bedrooms were made up and ready for a good night’s sleep, and personal touches like artwork and framed family photos were hung with care. By the time Ben, Tali, the girls, and even the dogs walked in, their new home felt like home, not just a house filled with boxes.
